Let's Sing Together Outside! 

At Music Together® in the park, you’ll have access to the same high-quality music and movement curriculum loved by millions of families and teachers around the world—from home!

Like all our classes, Music Together in the park is designed to teach the way young children learn: through play. During each music class, your beloved Music Together teacher will lead music activities for the whole family to sing, play, and jam along to and show you how to make everyday items like dish towels, pots, and stuffies into musical props. Even though we're outside, each class has been designed as an active music-making experience you and your little one to connect through music. Bring your blanket and your instruments to the park and let us lead you and your family through 35 minutes of singing, dancing, and jamming with your community.

Classes are appropriate for children under 5, but the entire family is welcome (and encouraged!) to participate in the musical fun. 

Music Together Outdoor program includes: 

•  35 minute live, interactive outdoor park class with your beloved teacher (Maximum 7 families) 

• All NEW music from one of our 9 award winning songbooks and CD collections including a digital music download code (inside your hardcover songbook) that can be used to download the music to your free Hello Everybody App or your MusicTogether.com account

• A new, pre-recorded, 15 minute mini-class video each week to watch whenever it's convenient for you and your family

• Access to the WSMT Family Portal offering lullaby videos, downloadable music activities and colouring pages to go with each song collection 

• Access to musical games and activities on the Music Together Family Zone at www.MusicTogether.com or the Hello Everybody App

• An invitation to our online special events!  

RAIN PLAN - Douglas Park Community Centre classes ONLY will move inside the community centre if it rains. John Hendry Park, Tatlow Park, and Maple Grove classes will move online with Zoom if weather forecast is calling for rain. We will still meet and have a class if it's lightly sprinkling. Decision will be posted on our website home page each morning by 8:30am and Zoom links will be sent out at the beginning of the term just in case.
